IF you actually are having that much trouble dropping fat with your diet and training completely in check you may want to get your test-levels and thyroid checked out
also, if you got the money why not try a diet with shelby starnes?

dont be too agressive w/ your bulk… try adding in 250-500 around your workout for a while and see how your body reacts
there is no way that you’ve been on the paleo diet for 5 months, train with ANY RESEMBLANCE of intensity and have seen no results.

LOL. His stats alone tell you what intensity level he is working with. You would make better progress just playing basketball on a regular basis without the weight lifting.
This op reminds me of that fat kid on MTV’s Made who whined the entire time they were training him…even though that is what he supposedly wanted.
Some of these freaks always want something fro nothing. I am sure he wants the magazine ready body with Twinkie-lovin’ effort.
