Background:

Self prescribed TRT @ ~200mg Sustanon 250 1x/Week
Adex @ .5mg/week

I am looking for help managing the flags on my bloodwork done as of 6/29/18

Few things personally about me. I do cycle and would like my blood work to read normal before i cycle again. I have children and am not worried about virility or testicular atrophy. I came off a dirty bulk while using tren followed by my wedding/honeymoon which may account for the elevated Cholesterol. Even last year prior to using any PED’s my LDL was at 112 (Same Scale).

recently started taking Policosanol 20mg E/D to see if that improves my LDL by the end of the month.
Cleaned up diet with a low carb cut/cardio for the month.
Fish Oil, Multivitamin,Fiber, Vitamin C daily.
3 Cups of vegetables daily
1 fruit daily

hoping to reexamine bloodwork 8/1/18 for improvements.

I was not provided a doctors consult to interpret my results.

After using anabolic steroids, some guys never get HDL to come back.

Thanks for the reply however I was looking for a bit more targeting information…

Was this fasted? Triglycerides are on the high end of normal. How is your blood pressure?

Yes sir fasted. BP normal.

OK, I guess I am not clear as to what you are asking. You’ve been using anabolic steroids, your labs are screwed up, lipids, AST, E2. No surprise there. Thyroid does not look good.

The question is possible solutions. I am aware of the status.

As I stated above I believe my results to be the result of a poor diet for a period of about a month. I have had some GI issues as well, fiber seems to have cleared that up. Cutting, cardio, fiber, cruising, adex for e2 are what I’m implementing for a month before retesting bloods. Looking for thoughts and opinions other than “your blood sucks”. Thank you.

I don’t think anyone said “your blood sucks”. I do not think your blood sucks.

Lipids, discontinue anabolic steroids, diet, exercise, supplements, which you are already doing.

Liver function, discontinue anabolic steroids. Re-eval and see if alkaline phosphatase and AST respond. If you drink alcohol, discontinue or cut back.

E2, you did not mention high estradiol symptoms. However, an aromatase inhibitor will bring E2 down.

Thyroid? You did not mention hypothyroid symptoms, however, unless you have none, I would get TSH, fT4, fT3 and rT3 checked next time. In the presence of hypothyroid symptoms, the lower free T4 index and TSH of 2.95 warrant further investigation.

IGF-1, how is your glucose? If fine, I would not worry about a slight elevation.

I like your testosterone numbers. SHBG would be nice to know.

Labs in main heading

With your comment about liver function and lipids and discontinuing AAS, is that including TRT? Levels should be elevated while on cycle and should return to acceptable levels assuming diet, supplements, cardio etc are on point. I messed up with my diet/exercise causing the current levels.

No. Testosterone does not stress the liver like synthetic anabolic steroids do.

with the changes im implementing should i see a significant change in my panels?

I think so.

thanks. I’m thinking results were purely diet related. I consumed a bit of alcohol at my wedding and i don’t use other drugs.
