anyways, @ OP, I wouldn’t recommend just “bumping” up your calories by that much all at one time. Take it slow, and find out what you maintenance level is, test out that caloric amount for a week, and see where you need to make adjustments.

I recorded everything for a month trying to find my static calorie intake before, and couldn’t could find it. I think its cause If I work i sit in the car the entire day, and if i’m not working i’m always swimming, playing basketball, or anything I have ADD I can’t sit still for very long. Atleast when I don’t have anything to do. So my daily maintenance calorie intake is like always out of wack.
