Hey, I’m actually doing this on someone else’s behalf, this isn’t for me, just a heads up.
I have been giving fitness advice to a 50 year old male who is trying to overcome some health issues and become more fit and muscular. So far, he has made decent gains.
He’s been struggling to break past a plateau, however, so I decided that I’d help him and see if there is anything he could take to help him lose fat and promote muscle growth. He already changed his diet and training with my help and says that he definitely sees a difference.
But, the dude has cardiovascular problems as well, so he definitely can’t use AAS and probably can’t use GH (or can he?). If I’m correct he also can’t use anything like Clen, either.
So do you seasoned chemical users know anything that he could use that would help him more than hurt him?

not without knowing what his health issues are
Ok, I’ll get back to this thread as soon as I get some more info, then…
Are you for real???
I’m sorry, the best help you can offer to your “friend” who has health issues is to not try to help him. Y
our heart may be in the right place but your head is not. If your friend listens to you he’ll be lucky if his head and heart will be in the right place
I’m not even kidding!

he’s right man, if your friend has serious health issues the last thing you should be doing is advising him on drug protocols.

No, no, I hadn’t planned on advising him on any drug protocols lol
You’re right, that would be irresponsible and stupid
No, I’m just asking you guys if there’s anything he could use so I can tell him about it. He’ll ultimately do his own research and determine if it’s the route he should go after speaking with his doctor, of course.
I will admit that I’m not that knowledgeable on this stuff, hence why I am here, asking you guys…
I’m just trying to help the guy out, because he’s headed for a huge crash in the future if he can’t get in better shape.

Oh sorry, I missed the part of your post where you said he couldn’t use AAS or anything.
I would think at his age, regardless of what the actual health issues are, then the number one thing he could do for his health is to get his diet sorted.
Drop all the refined oils and carbohydrate, and eat plenty animal protein and colourful vegetables. Supplement with fish oil, drop all beverages that contain calories (no soft drinks!), lift heavy things three times a week and move really fast twice a week.
i guarantee the best thing you can do for him is fix his diet up, get him on a good lifting routine, and cardio, no drugs needed except things like coq10, fish oil, glucosamine multi vitamin, etc.

I’m back now
so here it is from the horse’s mouth
Stats
5’8
162 pounds
BF level is unknown but it’s rather high
He has mild asthma, he’s hypoglycemic and has pretty serious hypertension and cholesterol problems as well.
Also has the early stages of arteriosclerosis as well

sounds like a light walking regimen and a clean diet would be beneficial here. that should help with the cholesterol and blood pressure issues. but the BP issue will likely require more examination… IMO, it’s the most important problem of the ones that you’ve mentioned.
I would have his doctor examine his hypoglycemia and his blood pressure issue. Id recommend an RBC panel to be done and gone over with his doc.
