Help Checking My TRT Bloodwork

So my last 2 blood draws one was taken in the middle of my 3 day 100ml shot and the other was taken on day 4 I’m on testosterone cypionate about a month in between blood draws is there anything I need to be worried about? Just switch to every 3 days in September 2020 feel the best I’ve felt in a long time just wondering if I need to donate blood I’m in South Korea so hard to just go donate blood since I’m American and doctors won’t just pump and dump.I just don’t want to be worried about blood levels I have a doctor in America who is taking care of me for my trt but I like to hear all opinions it seems there is no one fix for everyone and everyone has different opinion so please share yours thanks and god bless

Personally with low platelets and 54 HCT I wouldn’t donate. Hydrate, exercise

I’ve heard some doctors recommend keeping HCT <53% for the long term goal, this is coming from doctors with extensive education in the heart in cardiovascular system.

When talking about HCT and all blood parameters, each case is unique.

My doctor didn’t seem to worried about where I’m at ,but said just to be safe it wouldn’t hurt to donate.it’s been a 5 year process to get to this point where I actually feel good and have higher levels of free t and no ups and downs here is a blood draw from about a year ago when I was 1 shot every week. I workout every day and drink about 8- 10 bottle of water easily I did fast for 12 hours before blood draw
I added a picture of my latest in body check as well
