Since when has 1 EGG had 48.1g of fat?
Not trying to bitch or anything, you may very well be eating all that food- but something is not adding up here.

Stomach acid has a difficult time breaking up some calcium supplements, because the tablets (or whatever) are so tightly compressed. This may be leading to the excess stomach acid production (if that is the case). That’s why chewing calcium carbonate (like Tums) with food is usually a good alternative.

This sounds reasonably likely. I take calcium supplements and have seen the whole pill come out in my poop looking completely untouched by my digestion. I could have saved money by rinsing it off and trying to use it again.

Why would anyone be quite that anal about what they eat and still act as if they can’t gain weight? I’m not wasting time to add that up either, however, there is no way this kid needs 9,000cals a day unless he is taller than Shaq and wrote this while running a marathon.
Yeah. Something’s not adding up. If he’s not fucking with us and he probably is, something’s seriously wrong. Nobody that size can eat that much and not gain weight otherwise.

I could, when I was in my teens and early 20’s. And I mean, easily.
Seriously, often 45 minutes after a meal, I could eat at least a sandwich or two. I was very ectomorphic and also worked out like crazy, because martial arts was my whole life at the time. Crazy, old school, blisteringly hard, in and out of class. My metabolism was so high I was practically bouncing out of my seat with energy sometimes, and I swear I felt like I was burning furnace. Very active mind, crazy active body, saying FEED FEED FEED me. My dad was a big eater and I could eat way more than him and be hungry less than an hour later.
It drove my parents nuts. They’d buy me stacks of eggs in trays of a couple dozen each that I’d drink raw – just anything cheap to stick down my gullet. I ate so much they actually had to forbid me from eating sometimes because it was so ridiculous. Even now that I’m in my mid-40’s, I don’t think I ever met anyone who ate as much as I did.
By the way, I stayed so skinny throughout that people often asked, out of nowhere, if I ran marathons. Shows what teenage hormone levels, being incredibly active, and, yes, severely overtraining can do. When I went to college out of state and wasn’t able to actively do martial arts anymore or buy as much food as my parents could buy me, I ate less and put on 15 pounds, none of it fat.
Mike Mahler, a beefy trainer who writes great articles for this site and others, is a vegetarian and uses a combination of rice and pea powders in his own shakes. He’s pretty approachable, and you can ask him for his insights on vegetarian proteins.

I think that must have been some kind of typo. 4g is about right. I did notice that a lot of the caloric counts are a little off from what package labels say. Not sure if it really amounts to much though.
