Possibly, and there are different degrees of lactose intolerance. I can drink a cup of milk with no problems. Any more than that and it throws off my digestive system. Some people can’t accept milk at all meaning that just because large amounts may affect you, it doesn’t mean it needs to be cut out completely. It simply means you may need to cut back on the amount you drink at one time…or simply buy lactose free milk. I drink lactose free milk considering I usually drink 2 cups of it at a time with meal replacements.

Yes, unfortunately, I get bloated and can play music from my ass. Also, I would recommend staying of the milk for a week or two to determine if the milk is a possible cause.
Also, if I am consuming at least 300g of protein a day from whole foods, do I need to add rice protein shakes? I am trying to gain weight as fast as possible, and my calorie consumption ranges from 6,300 calories to 9,000 a day. If I want to gain solid weight, I need to put the most emphasis on my protein consumption correct?

Right, you deserve credit for my focus. Please, find someone else to battle. This got old about two transverse abdominals ago.

LOL. I have to agree with the Prof here.
How the hell do you get 9000 Kcals in ONE day and weigh just 160lbs. at 5’10"??
Are you counting your calories correctly?

What? 9000 calories? Either you have one of the fastest metabolisms on earth of your playing a serious sport of doing some serious training in addition to lifting. How long have you been eating like this? Also, how’s it feel to fly and walk through walls? You’ve got to be either for of shit or in fantasyland.

I eat like this 2 days out of the week. When I work 6 hours straight, I can not eat like this, and I consume at least 6300 calories a day. I have yet to see any dramatic weight gain.
To answer your question about how long I have been eating like this, it has been probably 2 weeks. I was probably eating around 5,000 calories a day before. I am lifting big 3 days a week (four lifts per session) and stretching big a least 3 days a week.

It may be bullshit about your calorie count, I didn’t add it up, but nobody answered your second original question. If you are getting 300 grams/day protein from your regular diet, and you weigh 160 lbs, then good god no, you don’t need to supplement with whey protein.

I wasn’t about to add that up. But from the sheer amount of food, I’m sure you’re correct. If you’re really eating that much and not gaining weight, I suggest you see a doctor and get checked for hyperthyroidism or other metabolic disorders. That’s not normal. Good luck!

Why would anyone be quite that anal about what they eat and still act as if they can’t gain weight? I’m not wasting time to add that up either, however, there is no way this kid needs 9,000cals a day unless he is taller than Shaq and wrote this while running a marathon.

Yeah. Something’s not adding up. If he’s not fucking with us and he probably is, something’s seriously wrong. Nobody that size can eat that much and not gain weight otherwise.

well you can if you’re a pro cyclist in a stage race. other than that it smells like someone’s laying some fresh tubesteak cable. but anyway here’s my advice and it ain’t no mystery jacknuts:
ya gotta consume more calories than ya put out.
so, just like everbody else, go crunch your own little special set of numbers and do it. other than that FO.
As I said before, I have just been doing this diet for roughly two weeks now. I am not complaining about anything… I also said before, I want to gain weight as fast as possible. Now, all I want to know is if I am on the right track or not, and how fast can I expect to gain weight?
