Yea, I am. Itās fucking crazy. I havent been under 270 in a while and I am sitting around at 262-265 right now. People tell me I look skinny. haha. I know when I am around 275, my bf% is 17-20%. It is significantly lower than that. A couple years ago, I had Shelby Starnes get my diet on track for a meet and I went from 280 to 229. That was like skinny and depleted weight though. If I were to drop 10 more pounds right now, youād be able to see my abs through my fucking shirt.
I really, REALLY donāt care about these things but it just goes to show how much bullshit there is in magezines and online. I really wouldnāt think it would be possible to be this lean and strong at this weight without steroids. But, I feel fucking awesome.
Iāve got Menās Nationals this weekend, Raw Nats in august, hopefully Worldās in Novemebr, hopefully th night of the licing dead in october, then I really have no idea.[/quote]

have you ever gotten a lat cramp after doing heavy front squat holds? Got this real weird tightness but not exactly that painful or limiting in my ROM in my left upper lat, thinking its from those, curious if uve ever experienced this.

Is it actually in your lat? My serratus anterior getās lit up sometimes. Either way, jam and ice cube in it a couple times a day until it goes away. That helps me anyway.
Tabata distance row- zero resistance- cranked it down just to make it as totally cardio, brah as I could. Went 835 meters in the course of the tabata.
Stretched a butt load.
Today was more for visualizing the competition and getting my mind right. Weights were fast. BW is hanging around 264-265. Just gotta get there and do the shit now.

i dont know my anatomy well enough, but its kinda like right under the shoulder blade and feels like its āin the ribsā but yeah sounds like the same thing, been stretching/massaging it all day, already alot better.

I think that happens because that muscle flexes synergystically in order to keep all of your ribs from sinking down into your organs and causing a complete prolapse of your digestive system.

interesting, have you found any prediction as to when this happens, as in number of sets, a lil to much weight that youre not used or a combination of that, or even when combined with other lifts?
