Everybody really seems to try to dress up the same turd. This is just kinda undulating periodization and kinda block periodization. I do like the way the author laid out the program and the principles behind it.

As far as some revolutionary new training protocal? Not really. People have been doing this shit for a very long time. It is still better than linear periodization, in my opinion.

A huge peice missing from the article is progression. Obviously he is gearing it towards a strength athlete. Well, how the hell do you actually get ready for a competition using this plan?

Very nice backload. I guess I am on the train now as well. After my main training days and after my PWO shake I take down a lb of red potatoes, bag of chex mix, 4 poptarts, a bag of popcorn, and a buttload of bbq sauce with my chicken but it sounds like I got some more work to do.

HAHA. Thats what I said. Apparently, the day before, it was fully loaded but no one could move the thing. They emptied something like 8,000lbs of gas so that everyone would at least be able to get it to move.
