Thanks buddy. I do most of my programming by myself. I do have the privilage of being able to talk to/train with really strong people once an while. I also read a lot and attend a buttload of seminars. So, my training is basically the culmination of all of that mixed with what has worked for me in the past. I have been training (mostly for football) for 13 years now. That is a lot of time to read books and figure shit out. haha.

Shit is brutal man. Stick with it. I will really suck the first 4 or 5 times you do it. You’ll start to notice the entire tone of your muscle belly changing and becoming more elastic… if you pay attention to those kind of things. haha.

It wasn’t as bad as I thought it would be. Somewhere between a kick to the balls causing you to uncontrollably shit your pants and accidently chewing on glass. Right smack in the middle of that spectrum.
Monday Night Prowlin-10-3-11
Suicide inducing suicides- 140lbs on the hate plow and 30yards of kill myself. Turns every 10yards. This comes out to 120 yards per rep. I made it through 2 reps before my legs went numb and I was quickly and violently reminded of what an asthma attack feels like. I had an un-opened pack of smell-n-salts in the garage that I smashed in one hand and shoved in my mouth. This kept my bronchioles open just wide enough to squeak down enough air to keep vital body systems working. Things like control of not pissing myself and the ability to consciously close and open my mouth, however, did not work for a little while.
Assuming I don’t die in my sleep, I am going to do some heavy overhead pressing tomorrow.
