Is there anything that can ensure that my heart will stay healthy and unchangedby while taking AAS?
Bro, no ones heart stays healthy on steroids. That is why people who really know how to use AAS have a spare heart in their refrigerator. I myself have 7, all taken from hobos.

there has to be something that can atleast lower heart damage or prevent it
not that everyones heart gets damaged after AAS. I realize that if done properly the effects of your cycle will return to normal afterwards.
its just a risk man. Probably happens to maybe 5% of ppl and thats ppl who have been on the juice for years. It’s really not a big concern. For example if you smoke that is 2823873443% more likely to hurt you in the long run
