I’m going to agree with SkyzykS on the vinegar statement. Alabama White is 1 cup mayo to 1/4 cup vinegar. ADD TO THAT THAT MAYO ALREADY HAS VINEGAR IN IT!!

I just go with it. He’s a pro, so I figure he may know something I don’t.
It’s more like an aggressively stated opinion. Just because it has vinegar doesn’t make it vinegar based, The same way “eggs any style” doesn’t mean I can order a chocolate cake or the smallpox vaccine.
But Alabama white is pretty good. When I drive through there, any place with with flies buzzing around has to be worth a stop.

I tend to give them a fair bit of weight though.
I recently asked my doc for his opinion on something medical, but outside of his specialty. He had a very strong recommendation and opinion on it, which I took seriously because of his unique position to form an opinion on the subject.
Its just what I do. 
With mayo, the one drop rule applies.
