So after 13 days in a row of 100 squats and 100 pushups, yesterday I sat it out. Accumulated fatigue had made doing the work more dreadful than it should be. I felt refreshed today. April fools day I like to sneak some fun shit in my log like Bosu Ball Squat Rack Curlz or something silly like that. I just can’t joke today…I feel like we’re living in a joke, and it’s not a goddamned bit funny.

I got inventive here. I draped my weight vest over a cast iron dutch oven, and put a trailer hitch inside the dutch oven… used a towel wrapped around the handle for comfort:

Was a tad heavy for pronated grip…but ok other than that.
