Last labs:
E2=32 is too high, if you lower it to lower 20’s, TT, FT, E2 and SHBG should improve. But you will still have mid range T at best.
How are you feeling re energy, mood and initiative. Are you seeking or avoiding social involvement?
fT3 is way below mid range, so temps will still be low. TSH improved. Iodine intake?
fT4 is good.
Ferritin needs to be good for T4–>T3 conversion.
No need to be repeating prolactin.
You can search and find things like: http://www.womensinternational.com/thyroid.html
Are you getting selenium in your vitamins?
Other trace elements?

just ordered selenium, iodine intake has been just through iodized salt in each of my meals.
i figured e2 was too high, i started with a low dose OTC AI for a few weeks.
energy wise i feel good, i definitely have more energy and feel better. morning wood every morning. as for social life, i’m still not constantly seeking it, but i have gone out more with my friends than i have in the previous months
mood is light years better. was a miserable dick admittingly to my parents, now i’m more even keeled.
when i go to the endo, should i ask for anything specifically? I want to avoid TRT if this can be fixed. i’m not sure if i do need more time, or we’re at the point of no return
i’m also contemplating asking for a different thyroid medicine other than synthroid. it seems like t4 → t3 conversion is what sucks so maybe armour thyroid or low dose t3 could help drastically
