Stacking SERMs is a bad idea.
You don’t want high amounts or high LH because of high T–>E2 inside the testes that AI cannot control
Testes need to be working well on a level of LH that might be achieved post restart. You can have them jacked up on high LH then drop LH and expect good results. And high LH can desensitize the LH receptors.

okay what would you recommend then, just a clomid only run?
main concern is obviously gyno, but i realize i need some estrogen, hence why i was thinking a low dose of nolva would suffice. what would you recommend KSMan?
bump
well, started with clomid only.
things i’ve noticed so far, just a bit more lethargic during the day. other than that, i do feel pretty damn good. 5 days in
day 10 and no change really. waking up with morning wood more often, but no change in libido. lethargy is down a bit.
saw a urologist who told me i should have gotten the varococele removed when i was younger. doing a semen analysis and if needed that will be removed
wow, feeling really good. brain fog is completely elevated, morning wood every morning too. still libido isn’t 100%, but definitely seeing improvements.
have 10 days of Clomid therapy left, 25mg each day. then a month to normalize and blood test in early January
We do not know what your E2 levels are or your thyroid hormones. You can get good idea of overall thyroid function by checking your waking and mid-afternoon body temps. Either of these can affect your libido.

my thyroid test and e2 was posted above. e2 was really really low in the beginning (<15). Thyroid wise, my body temp has been steadily increasing so I’m happy there. I feel good, i’m excited for the blood test

I’m in a similar boat mate and my morning temp is 34.5C and 35C in the day so deff underactive thyroid, I’m hesitant to try iodine though as iv seen 90% of cases are auto immune disease (which iodine makes worse). Have you been tested for this? Or doctor raised the question?

hey brother. not sure what those equate in terms of fahrenheit, but mine were about 95-96 degrees F and now i’m up to high 97’s low 98’s, so I seem to be almost good to go. he did check for auto immune diseases, had an ultrasound too to check for polyps and masses and everything cam eperfectly clear.
as for iodine therapy, i did basically what KSMan mentioned in the stickies using more iodized salt. seems to be working, i’ve been making sure to add a bit to 2-3 meals per day and it’s been going well, so i’m not gonna stop doing it haha

Thanks, was 94.1F this morning and still at 94.8 now.
Iv just had bloods done but they didn’t test for auto immune, affrad I’m going to go back with no resolution but need to do more bloods to find out whats causing it, don’t want to jump on iodine until I’m sure its not auto immune.

i feel you. i’ve been getting better slowly but surely, but you will too. just gotta be patient unfortunately
been sweating a lot more recently, especially in the gym! i miss it tbh
body temperature was 97.4 this morning, large improvement from the 95-96 i was sitting at about 2-3 months ago
so happy right now. noticing my balls are feeling huge and more plump. they’re sore, but they definitely increased in size. got one more week, then taking 4 weeks off then bloods.
body temperature is increasing too, almost there in terms of thyroid. Since the beginning of this protocol, i’m up about 8 lbs too (in 5 weeks). definitely helping in that department too

Sounds good! off for my consultation wednesday but she did email to say my thyroid levels were fine, which is odd when i can’t get about 96.5*F! Not sure what to do about that one haha.
what dose you finishing clomid on? Im hoping to do a hcg/clomid restart if not primary depending on the outcome wednesday…

i would ask her for the actually numerical values and bring them here and show KSMan and the other members. alot of Dr’s will say you’re fine, but if you’re in the low normal or their lab range is different, you can have an issue and it won’t be in the “treatable range”. similar to TRT, you’re Testosterone could be “normal” at 250 from a lab range… but we all know that’s not normal
I ran clomid for my lab rats like this:
50/50/50/25/25/25
also had Nolva, Torem, Aromasin, Formastanzol, and Letro on hand. Just in case lol

I have had my blood results back
Free t4 -15.99 (12-22)
TSH 2.90 (0.270-4.200
FSH 2.3
LH 2.1
Prolactin 157
Test - 5.7 (7.6-31.0)
Vit D 158
Synachthen test (adrenals) was good.
She wants to put me on TRT and discounted my body temps and said my thyroid was fine, she also said its due to a bad head accident when I was younger and restart is pointless (I expressed I have done a PH cycle and she said that wouldn’t of cause the problem)
Any opinions?
Thanks

you really should ask KSMan, and take anything I say with a grain of salt lol, but i’ll give you my opinion.
I’m in the same boat regarding head injury in the past (HIt by a car, fractured my skull and destroyed my femur) but I don’t think that would be it. You would experience issues sooner I would think. The PH cycle could be the cause, what did you run and for how long and what dosages?
thyroid doesn’t look terrible, but not optimal. but again KSMan would be your man to ask on that. if you make a thread lmk and i’ll come follow would love to see what he has to say
Yeh that’s my thoughts, I felt fine up to two years ago and the head injury was when I was 13 although it was severe (coma for two weeks and hat to learn to walk again).
Saw a fertility bloke today and he thought its worth cutting back on training completely and re testing in 2 weeks to see if natural levels rise, it looks pretty bleak to me but I think overtraining could be a factor, just depends how big…
Yeh thyroid is a bit off, but body temps are quite lol… Seems my current endorcrine has t tunnel vision and is adamant TRT is the way to go and a restart wouldn’t work…
Also the PH cycle was a year ago of triumphalis, it deff shut me down but I had these symptoms beforehand…

yeah if you had the symptoms beforehand than perhaps you were just born with low T, or its the ehad injury. that sucks brother, praying for you. hope it all works out
