HCL vs. Cayenne Extract for Digestion

Nope. Do tons of people really have these huge digestion issues?

Might be a good idea to see a doctor if you’re having so much trouble digesting food that you need a boatload of supps just to regulate it.

I had problems in the past, but now none. I just take an occasional cayenne pepper if i have in excess of 1200+ so that i can digest quick and eat again:) I was curious if others have tried any of this.

I take cayenne pepper extracts 4x500mg(40,000 HU) daily. Mainly for the increase in metabolism. I just saw this link : http://www.healingdaily.com/detoxification-diet/cayenne.htm saying
