Hcg whilst on trt for pregnancy

Hi looking for dosage advise on hcg whilst on trt. Currently on 250ml of sus every 7 days looking to reduce this to 125ml and jus taken 1000iu of hcg trying to get the mrs pregnant any advice appreciated.

I would start hCG at 500 IU twice weekly due to the short 2 day half-life.

Weā€™ve had good results with 400-600IU 3xweekly. Most are pregnant in 2-6 months.

Thanks for sharing. When patients add HCG for fertility, do you tend to reduce testosterone dose and or see an increase in AI use to conteract potential high E2 sides from the HCG?

Yes would Nolva or Clomid whilst on trt and hcg have any benefit?

No and no. Years ago, yes, but as it turns out, it is rarely necessary.

Sustanon? Whatever you are already using?
