I cook the dinners in my house. Cooking is actually a lot of fun if you’re not completely fuckin garbage at it.
When I talk about myself, I’m actually talking about a version of myself that would look like Anna if my parents had informed me of plastic surgery before it was objectively too late. Not my actual self, which is FINE, but that has nothing to do with anything we’re talking about.

What if the changes you see in society ARE women doing something? And all these younger men that you observe, yet younger tnationers rarely do, are the ones these women have decided to shun in their fix?
I’ve never once objected to a woman making good money. I object to what I see as fundamentals being flipped on its head - women becoming less visually appealing. After all, I am a man, a woman’s visual appeal means a lot. If you are a man and say otherwise you are fucking lying.
I object to the lack of shift in perspective that women have shown to have thus far. They make more money now, they are equal or even above in earning potential than men, so why do they not now take that role and run with it? Why do they not pay for dinner on most outings?
It seems to me that women want the perks with none of the baggage that went a long with men being in a dominate role both financially, and culturally.
I only see the cultural shift going one way.
I think it makes perfect sense that as you age you’re going to see less single women that are visually appealing. The same will obviously be true for men. Probably moreso for women if they’ve had children, and moreso for men if the woman hasn’t.

My wife used to regularly pay for dinner when we were dating.
Fwiw, she was usually crashing at my apt rent free, so it was more being paid back, but women paying for dinner has become a social norm.
edit: reporting back from the intel of my single buddy with his forevertinder life. He has informed me fat women pay for dinner a HELLA lot more often than hot women. Sounds legit

Yes, men are in bad shape in this country. But visual appeal does not matter more for women than for men. Though, I will say it is becoming more required for men to look ‘good’ a long with everything else. At least that standard is changing, right?
I’ve noticed some women wanting to split bills more often now, I’ve heard of this but I think it is more from a place of “if I split it then he won’t think I owe him anything”
