Have You Ever Beta Orbited a Girl

Household income has doubled since the 50s. in the 70s, adjusted for inflation, it was in the $40s now it’s in the $60s.

Honestly sounds like the current income is pretty much just like the income in the 50s, only a little bulkier.

Don’t fret for me, my life’s pretty amazing.

tell me she at least makes you a sandwich once in a while?

do you have to buy her a new car for that to happen? haha

oh, and tell me again how this has benefited men? outside of the combined income argument

Could you be more bitter? I dunno, maybe go get laid. If you can.

Well, I already gave you another one besides the income argument, but, more importantly, why the fuck would I continue to waste my time here?

What kind of grown man needs someone to make them a sandwich?

What kind of grown adult keeps track of this kind of shit in a relationship?

You would understand if you weren’t such a beta cuck.

what expectations do you have of your wife? gf? women in general?

because to me a lot of you would be better off living with a man that you’d like to bone every once in a while lol.

this idea of “oh he’s my best friend”… I’ve even heard a woman say of her husband “he’s actually more like a brother” that marriage probably didn’t last much longer did it haha.

there’s no need to get insulting just because we share different values. we can have fun with this instead

You throw several passive aggressive barbs at me and then my wife and now you wanna cry about being insulted?

Enjoy your worldview, dude.

OK…I too played sports at 10 years old.

But not…

I know plenty, PLENTY of high school athletes who have gone on to play basketball and football at D1 colleges. I know plenty of high school boys who have squatted and deadlifted 600lbs, and benched 400lbs. I know one guy who is the 5th strongest powerlifter in the country for his age, and in his weightclass. None of them have ever taken anything more than protein powder and creatine. That’s not being naive, it’s being personal friends with them and growing up with them. Maybe it’s different in big cities but I really don’t think it’s a huge thing amonst teenagers. Pros? Yeah for sure. But to get to be a pro, I think just about everyone has the genetics for their sport, a lot of natural talent, and know how to work hard for a long time.

I am 5’11". I weighed like 180, got down to 160 after losing some fat, got back up to 195 of (mostly) muscle, and have sinced gone to 220-ish with it pretty much all being fat. I’ve gotten lazy. Anyway, 180 and at least somewhat lean does not sound that hard.

The farm boys I know getting full ride scholarships to play football and benching 405 for reps seem to work pretty hard. A lot of them look decent too. I know there’s plenty of fitness models who may “cheat” or whatever you like to call it, but again, this is not impossible.

I’m not even commenting on your views of women and society and everything, but your views of “fitness” are just off dude. I have a hard time taking some of this stuff seriously.

How’d I miss this gem?

I’ve often joked with my wife that I’ll one day be bald and fat and like a bodybuilder version of Al Bundy strike a pose with tightly-whiteys and a trophy I won at my one and only bodybuilding show.

@greenboy

You can have a leanish 180 or more at 5’11” for sure, natural. I competed at 173# at 5’10” shredded to the bone on just TRT, no steroid “cycle” ever, and having never tested above normal testosterone values.

Stu on here was walking around off-season very jacked at 200# at 5’8” and not fat, drug-free.

You can do it.

What exactly was off about my view? Someone commented about being a top athlete as a teenager as a “oh who cares it was high school” but that’s when you can tell where most athletes will go, in what direction. You don’t suddenly become some super athlete in your late 20s like some unlocked potential hidden away, that was my point. And some skinny kid becoming a physique powerhouse after only lifting from 18-22 or whatever has the drugs to thank for. Not hard work. Dude. Never did I say anything about football players, or whatever you’re going on about.

Ok, you weighed 180, you may be more adapt to be at 180, I’m not that guy. I think I’d probably hover around 190-200 most of the time, that’s where my body probably feels more comfortable. Above 210 I start to look husky. I can’t be 220 without being fat as well. For me to get to 180 would require dedication and a very well tuned diet.

@BrickHead I can get there, but it’s gonna take sacrifices and some time for sure.
