To clarify, your argument is that repugnant humans become that way because of other people pursuing their own agendas, rather than because they do not engage in accurate self-reflection?
An interesting theory that it is the fault of others. I cannot say I support it.
You’re a noble man in pursuit of noble causes I am sure. Let’s keep it to the average human beings of this world, and not those that can do a lotus pose and make a million dollars by noon time shall we?
Can you explain the sudden explosion of these types in society though? I know we’ve always had them, but to this level? It could magnified by the internet, but I am seeing this even in day to day interactions with guys at the gym. It’s a bit much.
Magnified and radicalized. Prior to the internet, weirdos were acknowledged as such and left to fester in a basement. Now, they can find support groups of millions of people just like themselves and form an echo chamber to continue to reinforce their own insanity.
Paired with a significantly unearned sense of entitlement, THAT is your recipe.
YOU are the one bringing intersectionality into this.
So now an intervention in the free market is required to level the playing field that will involve taking away something from one group so another group can advance?
So western women gaining self esteem and valuing themselves as more than a piece of meat, is responsible for the incels of the world? I’m not following the line of reasoning.
It’s worth noting that “I deserve a well paying job, equal rights, and to not need to rely on a man to get by”, IS a sense of entitlement, but a pretty normal one. “I deserve the ability to compel other humans to feel ways about me they don’t want to feel” is a sense of entitlement typically held by supervillains.
I’ll add to this. My wife is a housewife because I hate women. She’s been one since she left school. If I suddenly die tomorrow after seeing Anna Kendrick in a Sailor outfit, what would she do if she had nothing to fall back on? Go looking for another man to depend on? Start a career? She has no work experience and she’s already in her mid 30’s. Luckily I’ve made plans so that won’t happen, but would it be reasonable to ask all women to place their bets on a man like this?
I think the disconnect is happening because most of you are beyond the age to see what is happening to the younger crowd and it will be too hard to understand why it is happening so the typical dismissals of “this generation is weak, this generation are nothing but crybabies” without actually understanding why these kids are like this now will be the only rebuttals presented.
There was a time where a man could get a decent job, be a good person, and be able to find the woman of his dreams. These days it’s the men settling most of the time, and I guess that may be ok to reverse it a bit but the biology of a man will not change, he will continue to have desires based on his visual cues and if one day he gets to Jeff Bezos levels he can dump his wife that built an empire with him for a much younger, hotter, Latina woman. But for the rest marriages will fail, and serial monogamy will be the way of most.
I’ll emphasis this to avoid people asking dumb questions - I am not generation z, though a millennial I did witness the beginning, I am not talking about most millennials, and I am not talking about myself
