I’ve lost fay eating steak before pretty easy. It’s filling, especially on keto. I was being facetious, but in reality my problem is never dieting.
It’s poor-shun kontrol in the months and years following the diet that annoy me. Ah well. Such is life.
Legitimately one of the reasons I just cut out carbs. I’d rather eat a big steak and no carbs than a small steak and a small serving of carbs.
I also found out I can eat as much as I want as long as I’m training in a way that makes me want to quit training, so there’s that.

So medleys or zero rest between sets kind of deal?
10x10 squats with 70% of your 10rm. Start off resting 4 minutes between sets. Then end up at 2 minutes at the end of 6 weeks. THEN, up the weight to 75% and get the 100 reps done in 9 sets. THEN in 8.
Do the same thing for deadlifts. Also for strict press and for push press. For power cleans, just do the 9 set and 8 set thing.
But it was really the squats that made me wanna quit.

How do people that run gear get rid of water before a comp?
Diuretics if they like to live dangerously.
Some people even drop their E2 in an attempt to not hold water. You’re not holding water, though.

are you talking about for a bodybuilding comp or for a weigh-in prior to something like powerlifting or strongman? The process is different for each.
