passed the last 2 tests for my personal training certification.
And now i can teach a ton of stuff that wasnt in their awful text book.

Sure you could! The hardest part was the fact that garbage disposals are damn heavy.
I also ran a 5K this morning. I’m not the fastest, but out of 268 women, I came in 28.
I am very pleased with myself today.
I woke up at 2pm, catching up on some much-needed rest (my eye finally stopped twitching), fixed my mom’s bike, and have been playing Pandemic 2 and watching Family Guy all day.
It’s now almost 10.
a nice 290# squat. other then that i decided to welcome ketchup back into my life with open arms. learned how to distinguish what brain matter smells like. talked to Phil Hendrie on facebook, so overall a decent 5 hours.
Squatted and shoulder pressed a combined volume of about 30,000lbs.
Not much else…congrats on passing that test WS4JB, I just got my ISSA course materials for SPN and CFT in the mail the other day. I’m just finishing up finals and juries right now, so when that’s over I’ll be sinking my teeth into all of it!

I was on Fox news about the Hydroxycut recall, but they didn’t use most of what I said, probably because it didn’t fall in line with “OhMaGAwd, teh Hydroxcut will kill ur liver”
I was at a huge bonfire with lots of people. And didn’t drink.

got the MATLAB code for a computation fluid dynamics problem to work. now if only i could add in this isothermal function and have it convect downstream instead of just diffusing… well if i could do that, i’d be done!
I’ll be finished with college coursework come Monday Afternoon.
I put together all the material I need to get my personal training business up and running. Will be self-employed as of September 23.
