Christian hope all is well and congrats on the new baby ! In reading the hardgainer article I was wondering, what if you have high acetylcholine and a great stretch reflex ?
I am a 2A with ACTN3 XX but have always had a great stretch reflex and high acetylcholine. I know constant tension is key and not going to fast or slow on rep speed but what if you thrive on that extra stimulation?
Would you suggest doing a couple of very light sets of for instance bench using the stretch reflex, then getting into chasing the pump after that for chest ?
I’m guessing with the ACTN3 XX and high acetylcholine it is more of a explosive strength endurance is what I have, well since it is what I have notice ?
