Thanks bagofbro, it does feel fresh and inspiring to have the new bar. Plus my new black bar is a bit bigger in circumference than my old bar which makes for some getting used to and hopefully a stronger grip.
Not much time between jobs today so I worked fast and hard to lift.

Biker, I think my walking will pick up again soon but I’m working on ways to battle the fatigue.

Just an aside. I have been physically wrecked today from yesterday’s lifting and other activity. Hopefully, with a bunch of therapy, tumeric, and rest I’ll be mobile on Christmas.
