Hardcore Essentials2

I’m sure by now your body has adjusted to the added stress of all the walking.

Still getting worn out by the combination of heavy squatting, Deads, and long walking.

I think my cardio has gotten better by reading all of the miles you’ve walked.

Keep fighting the good fight

Just caught up on your amazing summer

kudos on your meet
and really just crazy way to bust your ass
at both jobs and training.

very dedicated and very impressive

Thank you bro and capt. I’ve been kicking my own ass for months and maybe if I get lucky I’ll get compete this December before the year is over.
I just published my Halloween book: Button Boo! on Amazon and Kindle. Please support a struggling author/powerlifter/retail worker/landscaper and buy my book for your young ones. Button Boo! is about a girl on Halloween and her magical buttons.

Congrats on the book release. And mighty good lifting too!

Walking is not hurting your work set squats. I’ll look for the book.

Thanks chicken little and Biker. I appreciate the support.

Walked 67.4 miles the last 7 days and with lifting as well as lawn work my body is a bit wrecked.
I’m taking phosphatidic acid now and I hope I get some of the gains it’s reported to give.

Got in a full lift today but I was a little less than 100% due to fatigue from this week’s activity.

Kind of good but kind of meh.

My weekly work commute totals under 67 miles. But then, I’m not under l0% bodyfat like you must be. Good workout.

Bought your book.

Biker, thank you very much for buying my book and the support. Please tell me what you think when you get it.

Great work GV. I hate driving 67 miles.

I know you probably don’t want to hear this. But I would kill for a job that I got to walk that many miles.

I don’t mind hearing that Snap. It’s funny because most of the inside Costco workers think my job is torture and even look down on my position. But, I see them fat, lazy, and not in very good health which casts further light on their short sighted attitudes and lack of insight.

If the mileage was limited about 30 per week, I would agree with kpsnap.

I can understand that. I got in a solid 14 miles today.

Ok, what’s your bodyfat %?

The best I can tell with my calipers is between 10 and 12% body fat. I’d like to say the lower but I’m not sure how accurate I can be with calipers. My abs are visible and I have good definition but I know someone might read me at 17% because they figure in my height and age and other bull. I just go by the calipers. My BMI is 30 which is horrible but that jackass rating doesn’t figure in muscle. I just look at my physical ability, strength, and stamina that totally puts BMI ratings to shame.
