did a400mg test cyp in my left glute now my whole glute is hard as a rock.has anyone had this happen?
yep happened when i injected into my chest. let me know if it goes away or it gets less and turns into a little lump where you injected because thats what i have now.
Oil deposit maybe. Apply heat packs every hour for 15 minutes. This helps big time.
Massage your glute while you’re in a hot bath or shower. I always have a shower just after I pin and never have any problems.
