Do you still utilise the technique of hanging weights off the bar via bands? How/when do you incorporate them and can they have a negative impact on recovery?

I don’t see that has having a negative impact on recovery since it is used mostly as an activation tool prior to heavy or explosive lifting. I actually like to use that tool when someone starts to warm-up for his lift and feels out of the groove/not solid.

i could have used that today. 2rm on slt declines went from 265 last week to 225 today…lol
