Timbo my man! What’s up big dogg? As for handstand pushups, I do them 3-4 times a week. I try to do the bridges every day, but have pretty much been doing them 5-6 days a week. I got sick Monday night, so I didn’t do any conditioning exercises on Tues. I did them Monday, and I may or may not do them today depending on how I feel after my gym workout. It’s all good bro. Stay focused on the weights and just throw in the other stuff on off days or when you think about it!
Timbo, i was kinda suckered into cheerleading. One of my friends cheered so when we went to basketball games we sat behind them. Then i placed second at the schools slam dunk contest and many cheerleaders were there. They saw me jump and told the coach. Then i saw the coach and he told me to come by and see him. I stood him up many times and i finally went by just to talk to him. I ended up doing stunts and back tucks. Now im addicted to it. And its in college.
