I “duck squat” all the time. In multi-ply polyester. Out of a mono. With knee wraps.
Sometimes I “duck squat” with bands or chains. Sometimes I use special bars. Sometimes my “duck squat” gets judged. In June, I “duck squatted” just under 300.
