I “duck squat” all the time. In multi-ply polyester. Out of a mono. With knee wraps.

Sometimes I “duck squat” with bands or chains. Sometimes I use special bars. Sometimes my “duck squat” gets judged. In June, I “duck squatted” just under 300.

I’m an idiot. BOX SQUATS. Since you’re splitting up your leg day it won’t matter if you squat twice.

Go wide, as already said and just kick back and feel your ass (hams) grow.

Did Hams Just now ended up like this:
Leg press 4 sets
SLDL 5 sets
leg curls 3 sets
back hyperextensions 4 sets

They were fucking blasted lol. The SLDL’s tore me up!

I’m trying to stay away from back squats lol, but I might throw those in occasionally.
