I have many pics you can stalk on FB

One of my fave things to do with my girl is make cookies while she “helps.”
You may have noticed how often I use facebook. I’m on unofficial deactivation there and have been for hella long. Don’t be afraid to post pics here toO! I am way more likely to see them in PW.

Here is my dollbaby Alyssa. WHY SO SRS Dollbaby? LOL.
This is how we grow them in my family. Pretty from the first.

Nice eats. Seeing your cocoa nibs, I just remembered I bought a small bar of dark chocolate (y’know, for the polyphenols…that’s what I’m telling myself anyway) and promptly forgot about it. It’s still in my jacket pocket. I’ll be having that tomorrow I expect.

Treadmill was running or walking? Treadmills at my gym only go up to 6% (or at least the last one I tried did). Of course I can’t be running right now.
GAH. I am aware of all sugar within a twenty mile radius! Howdafukk can you forget a chocolate bar? LOL. I’m not counting the nibs as something bad… I just don’t see a way to count them as something good either!

Treadhill is WALKING. I will lower speed before I lower incline. The treads at my gym go up to incline 15 and yes I used to use them all the way up there. No holding on HOLDING ON IS CHEATING! My cardio fitness is shot to hell right now. Hopeing to get it back in the next month or so.

A) SANK YOU
B) SEE!
C) I embrace the ball sucking (no reallY! LOL) I listen to music and just enjoy the sikk torturous sweat.

I have always hated cardio - usually to the point of not doing. I love lifting, but cardio is a real struggle. Trying hard to keep it in consistentl, now, for the first time. That stair stepper is biotch! So, I feel ya dawg. :)
STAIRMILL YO! The moving stairscase. Nothing so easy as the stairstepper. Of course I’m still on high incline tread working my way back to the deathmill. I’m sikk.

That is a great pic, MiM!!!

OHP DAY 2/22/2012
Week one Cycle Six of 5 3 1

I AM GOING TO CHANGE TO 3 5 1 Next Cycle… I was already two workouts in and I confused myself trying to just change half of them LOL.

IT WAS A GRINDER. NOT FEELING STRONG AT ALL.

A. OHP
5 x 45
5 x 50
3 x 60
5 x 60
5 x 70
5+ (5) x 80
70 LBS felt heavy so I knew I was in trouble. Decided on 5 for 5 and IDK if I could have done more anyways. Just not feeling it. Not strong. Whatevs.

B. LAT PULLDOWN (Different Gym Different Machine)
6 x 135
7 x 135
7 x 135
5 x 135 ← could pull no more

C1. ALT DB INCLINE PRESS (Diff Bench Steeper Incline)
10each x 40
10each x 40
10each x 40

C2. CHEST SUPPORTED V BAR ROWS (Neutral Grip just to mix it up)
10 x 45
10 x 45
10 x 45
sore today so grip mixup was good idea. Neutral felt harder than usual.

D1. DB LATERALS (Lowered the weight to go for more reps trying to work up to x20)
12 x 15 (LOL)
12 x 15

D2. STRAIGHT ARM PULLDOWNS (Should I lower the weight and go for way more reps on these too?)
6 x 60
6 x 60

D3. DB REVERSE FLIES (LONG SQUEEZA @ TOP)
12 x 6
12 x 6
12 x 6
ridiculously weak!

THEN IT was 25 minutes on the Treadmill incline 8 thats all I had booo.

Aww LOL… okay I won’t deny, of course being attractive is an advantage at work as all places as long as it doesn’t cross into bimboville. But I wear my hair up and don’t show skin or anything like that. Skirts always knee length etc.

REPOST MONKEY SUIT PIC.

I WANT TO WIN!!! Your Avi’s will say “I Hella <3 Hallowed!”

Srsly if there wasn’t so much family stuff going on so late into the night I WOULD be a.m. fasted cardio ERRRRYDAY. Next week this is so happening!

Officially started the butt/bar contest in my log. I expect you to send in an entry, ma’am!

Avi control is at stake here!!

Thankz for the info. I guess I already knew all that. The reason iI asked is I have hashi’s or I a least have the AB’s. My understanding is the ups and Downs happen until the thyroid was destroyed after that its just hypo.

COOKIEZ. Good luck resisting that I know I can’t

Good looking suit as well

You have some really lucky mirrors

I consider any day I get the prescribed reps a good day

Thank you Thank you!
Re Hashis, if you HAVE the antibodies you HAVE hashis and yes its all wonky until the thyroid is completely killed and then its hypo BUT You for SURE want T3 while its getting killed!

Oh lol, I actually need to buy a BIGGER mirror I’m always getting cut off in that one.

I did HELLA BETTER my last 5 week… but I did my workout and it was just an offday so I’m not too freaked about it.

yet.

pic unrelated

FIRST: I’ll make a special trip and be a guest judge, if needed!

SECOND: Switching to 3/5/1? DO IT!!!

THIRD: I actually was assaulted by a gang of ducks running on the trail by my old gym in Tx. True story.

I am already a complete and total spectacle at my gym… but if the right people are there… and my barbell is set up for deadlifting in the back… maybe! Then I will proceed to violently loud weighted hip thrusters. BOOYA!

Def doing the switch though maybe changing away from 5 3 1 altogether as I get deeper into the cut. STill big and strong right now so not an issue yet.

DUCKS ARE VIOLENT MEAN FILTHY DIRTY BULLY RAPISTS! Erryone knows.
I once had a dream about ducks with sharp razor fangs omg scareee.

I have always one thousand percent pictured you with blonde hair. Well, I mean I figured you were blonde under the hat that is the ONLY way I have ever seen you. Of course Dark hair is VASTLY SUPERIOR
I was just… surprised! Hair looks good YO.
Well thank you, Hallowed and Dasher both, yall are far too kind

Curious, where do you work/what do you do?
DixiesFinest wrote:

Moi? I am a Commercial Insurance broker and YES it is indeed as glamorous as it sounds! It is extremely difficult and I am pretty good at it. I like to do things I am good at. Plus it keeps me in protein powder and high heels. Other than that, I do NOT recommend. Its not quite the same as being an Actress in FRANCE.
