Oh thanks! Gosh… well sometimes I glimpse it and I think I’m getting pretty developed… but its all smoothed over with too much fat right now PLUS I am totally incompetent at flexing it! I appreciate the compliment!

1: ONE GIANT SCONE. This had like sugar crystals on top of it and everything! -5

2: I know I said I had redvines at lunch… but what I meant to say was i had redvines FOR LUNCH like ten of them. -5

3: Sprouted whole grain tortilla 100g of chicken breast lettuces and light dressing +10 lean protien +5 clean carb

4: 100g of ground turkey breast with mustard garlic aoili (This is TJs brand it is fat free and is really mustard not aoili) +10 lean protein

5: Fage non fat yogurt 1 scoop Metabolic Drive low carb 1 oz of almond butter +10 lean protein +5 healthy fat

Thats a whole 25 points for the day BOOOOOOOOOOOOO

ALSO BIWEEKLY Weigh In this morning. I stick to “official” weigh ins bi-weekly just how I did it with my coach.: 152 Not exactly thrilling because with the exception of yesterday I have been pretty immaculate… then again I’m not surprised the metabolism is still wonky and not fully kicked in yet. I’ve got a bump in T3 right here just arrived from the pharmacy and ALSO I HAVE NOT BEEN DOING MY FUCKING CARDIO AS PLANNED. So, I guess three pounds is A-OKAY.

Eating this way plus cardio I expect -5LBS every two weeks. Hopefully next bi-weekly will be more in track with that.

Oh, and any time you eat a veggie, no matter how small the amount, you get +5 to that meal. So 30pts for yesterday.

Thanks Doll yes I TAKE IT I TAKE IT! Just noting that its off my pace when things are more optimal. Doing everything right and not losing even a fucking pound is like the twenty third level of hell. There were years where I lamented I would be overjoyed if I could just lose one pound per week… three pounds in two weeks is more than that so I TAKE IT!

I used to hate vegetable too because of all the damn chewing.

I found that a single serving of crystal light blended with ice and whatever veggie you want is really good.

I. Used to do that with whey also. Metabolic Drive totally masked the taste of of veggie I used.
