3: single serving Fage Nonfat Greek Yogurt mixed with 1 scoop Metabolic Drive Low Carb (+10 lean protein)

4: Peri workout 1 scoop surge 1 scoop MAG-10 1 scoop Anaconda (How to score this Leena? 0?)

5: Cliff Mojo Bar (TOTAL GARBAGE but it was PWO so ha) (neutral post workout yay!)

6: Homemade chicken soup very low fat mosty onions and chicken some potatoes and 1oz of jack cheese (+10 lean protein, +5 veg, +5 non processed carb)

7: I was up so damn late I got hungry again and ate 100g of chicken (+10 lean protein)

What does number four consist of? is it carbs? protein?

I’ve counted +60 so far. Unfortunately, I’m not counting two different protein sources at the same meal as two proteins. We can only score +10 per meal for protein.
