Um, Foods from yesterday Leena you need to check these for me!
1: seven egg whites 1 scoop of Metabolic Drive Low Carb (I whip the egg whites mix in the protein and splenda and cinnamon and bake it in a giant pancake) (+10, +10)
2: 100 g chicken breast (+10 protein)
3: single serving Fage Nonfat Greek Yogurt mixed with 1 scoop Metabolic Drive Low Carb (+10 lean protein)
4: Peri workout 1 scoop surge 1 scoop MAG-10 1 scoop Anaconda (How to score this Leena? 0?)
5: Cliff Mojo Bar (TOTAL GARBAGE but it was PWO so ha) (neutral post workout yay!)
6: Homemade chicken soup very low fat mosty onions and chicken some potatoes and 1oz of jack cheese (+10 lean protein, +5 veg, +5 non processed carb)
7: I was up so damn late I got hungry again and ate 100g of chicken (+10 lean protein)
TOTALS: cals-1,460, fat-38, carbs-85, protein-179
