D2. SEATED CABLE ROWS DOUBLE D Grip

You’re doing rows and gripping boobies? What’s a double D grip?
FOOK I WISH@Boobies…
Its this thing
Why use that thing? Do you keep your elbows close to you? I’ve never understood the different handles on the pully machines.
I keep them close and bend back at the elboe.swueeze together and down with the scapula.at the end. I do heavier cable rows on bench day with the overhand double overhand grip… Really this is to mix it up cuz I row twice.

What’s this, Patches making a post with the word boobies in it again.
I think your log will be even more fun once everyone has 3D computer screens.
But really Monte… can you blame her? CAN YOU? She is possesor of a truly epic pair. 3D computer screens… not too shabby idea. I’m still shooting for a live and in person encounter!

BOOBIES!
I use the same handle for close-grip pulldowns. I find it much easier on my dicky shoulder than doing a wide grip.
And fuck yeah on the presses - that’s some strong overheads you got going. Jealous!
Interdasting. I’ve seen people using that grip for the pulldown. Which one of your shoulders is hinky? Um my left one hurts when I run and is hinky for DB presses (overhead) but my right one gets hinky on barbell BP. Don’t ask me! So mysterious.
I once saw an amazing drag queen rendition of this LOL:
