Halfbreed, Half the Work?!

last year i purchased john romans final phase fatloss. and today i did one of the workouts. I sweatted buckets. It’s not like normal strength training, but it’s challenging, and if you believe the author (and I do) it burns fat like a furnace. today was a dynamic workout, 3 different circuits.

morning NEPA: 55min walk.

had a shake and then 20mins later went to the gym.

morning deadlift session: (all about perfecting form)
60x3, 65x6, 70x5, 75x5, 80x5, 85x5, 90x5, 95x5, 100x4, 105x4, 110x3 (form started to go bad)

rested 5 mins while giving the baby a bottle.

power hang clean: 60x3, 60x4, 60x5, 60x6

went home and planning on doing benchpress later this evening.
