I’ve been playing around in Excel making a half life calculator. I had been approximating the half life of the esterless testosterone to be around 1 day. I’m not coming up with a whole lot on searches but I seem to recall a post here that put it lower than that. Does anyone know an accurate value?
I believe it is closer to 6 hours.
Actually i think its closer to 4 hours… there is this website called roidcalculator.com which worx it out for you
I don’t recall exactly but there was a study done on this – testosterone itself dissolved in oil and administered IM – and the 4 hour figure is about right or perhaps exactly what it was.
Which is why unesterified testosterone has never been used as a pharmaceutical.
Thanks for the info
