I’d go ahead and do it then.If I got to finance it at that rate I’d be all over it,and my case isn’t that severe,but it sure as hell does bother me.Even though the average person wouldn’t notice it.Good luck,let us know what you decide

If you can pull off some of that how should I call it…creative financing, then go for it!!
If you got a place to live and nobody’s kicking you out right now, then do it! That’s what I did when I got my surgeries. I asked pops if I could move in with them so I could pay off these surgery bills. That’s the least they could do for giving me some crappy genetics!! Nah, just kidding they totally supported my decision and helped with the post-op(had trouble with the anesthesia).

I actually live w/my parents now, which is why I need to buy a condo so bad!
But like I said (I think I said), I don’t need 20% of a down payment, I just need 1% b/c I belong to a credit union. THing is, when you put down LESS than 20% you have to start paying mgtg insurance. You also get a .5% higher interest rate.
We’ll see
