That does not look like gyno to me
If I had pubertal gynecomastia (has since been removed) and am considering running a cycle, would I be considered at "high risk "for developing it while on a cycle? If so, what should my plan of action be? Taking it if I feel any itching around the nipple/other symptoms that I will know to recognize, or starting it before the cycle begins as a preventative measure?

im 21 and have what id call a small amount of pubertal gyno… can only be seen at 1 or two angles(develop my upper chest a lot and in my op its the best way to reduce the apparent size). I have been dialing in to my chest lately. I went to the doctor as well as specialists and they said I had almost no tissue at all and a tiny amount on one nipple. So that means its fat but I definitely feel a crater under my nipples and my nipples when soft look about the size of half dollars (Which I hate!). So now that I have been changing my diet, they have deflated so to speak. I stopped fast food and no soda. I had a cup of coffee which caused them to puff up. Then they went down. Then I took 1 puff of smoke and they puffed right back up.
From my testing so far. What will keep them down is eat a couple of woven wheat crackers with 5g of fiber per serving. I also noticed quantity is of huge concern. I found eating until I was full of salad they puffed up. Eating fast food and drinking soda made them huge and they stayed that way for days. So stay away from sugary drinks. 1 cup of coffee is ok. Eat wheat crackers and fresh unprocessed uncooked vegetables in small quantites like 1/4-1/2 of your fullness. What you eat and how much is so damn important. I was never aware of it.
Masturbation didn’t honestly seem to have an effect but it obviously effects SHBG and T levels after 10 days it’s proven on my blood tests. So they will stay down if you don’t masturbate or ejaculate for as long as you can hold off.
So far I’ve been feeling a lot better and honestly I look way thinner and less bloated and my breasts are almost totally flat.
To get rid of them stick to very small quantities of unprocessed fresh raw vegetables. Meats made them puff up a lot too. As well as carbs and sugars. So lose your weight and dial in your chest fat. Otherwise surgery is necessary and required to perfect them.

The Doctor I go to won’t prescribe anti-estrogens, but they’ll prescribe Testosterone. They’re idiots.
The other Doctor I was gong to would prescribe them but it was extremely expensive, so I’m trying to keep my testosterone dose low enough until I can find a source for anti-estrogens.
If anyone knows what to do, please help?

3 Months of Nolva and NOTHING.
And I THINK the only research showing a gyno reversal is one of Tamoxifen.
It is absurd to say that nolvadex is a SERM and then say it will do nothing. Lack of understanding.
It is meant to fight much more important causes than gyno. If this fails at it’s job, cancer will grow.

I am having some trouble with gyno which seems to be coming back now a couple months since I finished my PCT and am looking for some help and advice. I ran a cycle of test e at about 250 a week for about 14 weeks. Throughout the later half of the cycle I was dealing with gyno issues so I was on and off nolva while on cycle to handle the problem. 2 weeks after my last pin I began pct which consisted of 40mg of Nolva ED. Testes were lookin a little small as well after cycle so at the beginning of pct I took 4 shots of hcg 250iu separated about 4 days apart. Gyno was still giving me problems at week 2 of pct so I decided to extend pct a bit instead of tapering down right away.
I total pct consisted of:
Nolva 40mg ED for 4 weeks
Nolva 20mg ED for 2 weeks
Nolva 20mg EOD for 1 week
with 4 shots of hcg at 250iu a piece in the first two weeks
About a week after I finished the pct, my sex drive was up, nipples were fine and I was feeling great. This lasted for about a couple months before I noticed my nipples becoming puffy again. Now (about 2 to 2 and a half months after pct) I have a ball in my left nipple that is a little tender to touch and my sex drive is down significantly. The gyno ball seems to get worse or better depending on how hard and often I’m training which seems curious to me.
I am not sure what to do about the situation. The flaring of the gyno is really slow (nothing like when I was on cycle). Should I try and let my hormones balance themselves if it doesn’t get any worse? Should I run nolva again? Please Please advise.
Side note: right around the time the gyno began to flare again, I noticed some sort of deposit in my shoulder in the exact spot that I was site injecting the test which I did not notice before. This lump in my shoulder seems to have gotten smaller as I have been training. Is it possible that there was maybe some test still trapped in there inside scar tissue and now it is slowly being released as I work shoulders and causing gyno symptoms to come back?
Please help guys I would really appreciate it!
What’s the average time for gyno to go away at the max dose of Letro?
In the sticky, it said a stay on a week, but thats for after gyno goes away.

What AI are you running and at what dose? What symptoms do you have? I would up the dose of the AI and take the Nolva until symptoms diminish. Nolva will only prevent gyno from progressing, if you have gyno only letro will get rid of it
Im going to run Adex @ .25mg EOD for 12 weeks over a 10 weeks cycle of Sus 250.
I havent started yet, I’m just trying to get my head around it if its something that occurs.
Adex at .25mg EOD is good you shouldn’t see any signs of gyno. You might have to play around with it everyone is different, myself .25 seems a little to much my knees start getting achy when I does it that much I do .20 EOD, maybe it’s in my head but that seems to work for me. Just watch for the signs if you start getting puffy or tender nips then it’s to low then you would increase to .5 EOD if you get achy joints or loss of libido or feel lathargic then it’s too much adex so decrease your dose to either .125 EOD or .25 e3d. Remember in the last week before pct taper the dose down, so if you were running .25 EOD taper down to .125 EOD. Good luck

It used to be that surgery was considered the only option for treating gynecomastia, but apparently now SERM medications are thought to be effective in shrinking glandular and non-glandular lumps as well by starving the tissue of estrogen. You can also temporarily hide it by wearing specially designed compression shirts. (These are similar to plain tight shirts but are made of a stiffer, thicker material).

I started an Equipoise only cycle 200mg/week 4 weeks ago and i started getting sore nipples just yesterday, i really thought it wouldnt be necessary to use an AI, i just got Adex yesterday what dose would you recommend? Should i stop the Equipoise if i am so sensitive?
