Gyno Plan of Action: Letro & Nolva

I’ve been trying to combat a recent case of AAS-induced gyno. I have lumps behind both nipples (much smaller on the left side), the nipples are pointy and puffy as well. I was wondering if you guys could let me know what you think of this plan of action:

Once I realized what I had I started taking 6 pills of 6-OXO per day along with 40 mg of tamoxifen citrate I got from a friend until mine arrived. His tamox was a little old so I’m not sure how effective it was. I did this for about two weeks.

Then, I read about how Letrozole is more effective at combating gyno (another poster on a different board swore that “Nolvadex will do nothing to reverse your gyno”).

So, yesterday I started to take Letro and keep up with some OTC test-boosters from GNC. I’m following this dosage for the Letro:

Day 1: .50mg Letro
Day 2: 1.0mg Letro (TODAY)
Day 3: 1.5mg Letro
Day 4: 2.0mg Letro
Day 5: 2.5mg Letro

After the five days, I plan on tapering off the Letro (hopefully the symptoms will have subsided by then) and easing into a 20-40mg two week cycle of Nolva.

Thoughts? I’d really appreciate your comments. I’ve heard that co-administering Letro and Nolva is a big no-no but that the Nolva is necessary after you stop the Letro.

I’m no expert, but I have read of people using letro to get rid of existing gyno. Instead of using a preset number of days to stay at the 2.5 mg dose, I think you are supposed to stay at that dose until the gyno is gone.

Once the gyno is gone, I think you are supposed to stay at the 2.5 mg dose for an additional 4-7 days, then start to taper off. Once you taper down to .25 mg for a few days, stop the letro and start the nolva at 20 mg a day for a week then 10 mg a day for an additional week then stop.

Hopefully at this point your gyno will be gone. Keep us posted and let us know how it worked out

Deca-Durabolin on a 3-month cycle. Off it now, though, obviously.

Based on your recommendation, kevin, I’ll switch over to 2.5mg of Letro ED until I start noticing results and then I’ll taper off and crossover into Nolva. Thanks for the advice, y’all. I’ll keep ya posted.

You need to be careful with letro. If you have any cholesterol problems or a family history of it, you may want to reconsider or at least see a doc first because having your est levels that low can have some serious negative effects.

Also plan on having no sex drive whatsoever. But I guess if it works as so many people claim - then no sex for a little while is better than man-boobs and grossing women out and getting no sex for a long time.
