I still get bothered by gyno in my left pec even though I use nolva (20 mgs ED). It will shrink post cycle and I will use Chlomid post cycle but is there anything you can do during, such as increase the dosage of Nolva?
Also, after you mix the HCG, do you have to use it within 30 days?

Arimidex or Letrozole with clomid or nolvadex.
I know for sure that letrozole and nolvadex compete with each other (and i assume the same would be true with arimidex). Letrozole will basically make nolvadex useless, or decrease its effectiveness a significant ammount. However, that is of minor concern because letrozole is the king of anti-e’s. It will completely block the conversion of testosterone to estrogen, thus eliminating any need for nolvadex.

Nolva is what you want to take care of that gyno. Up your dose until it goes away, 40mg/day is not a problem, you could probably go double that as a front-load.
I’ve used HCG, kept refridgerated, for a couple weeks. Don’t think I’d go a month though.
