Arimidex or Nolvadex

Anyone have any luck using these to shrink gyno?

I have not used them, but it’s my understanding that Noladex is better if you don’t have a problem and are just trying to prevent conversion. Armidex is a hell of a lot more expensive, but works better (through mechanism I don’t know much about…)

arimidex works by inhibiting the aromatase enzyme to prevent excess testosterone from converting to estrogen. it and letrozole are very efficient.

as for the gyno, there are some cream based treatments, one i believe is DHT and another is a formestane/6-oxo mix, though i question the inclusion of 6-oxo. unfortunately if gyno has progressed, it usually has to be surgically removed.

if no respond, just surgery.

Femara (letrozole) is the most effective anti-estrogen available. I have heard that using it at 2mg/day can significantly settle a gyno condition. It wont remove your d-cups, but if theres just a little bit of a lump forming femara reportedly will make it settle down. More serious gyno will require surgery though.

Femara is my favorite anti-e for on cycle at as low as .5mg/day it blocks the conversion of testosterone to estrogen as does arimidex. However, femara does not have the same negative effect on the cholesterol profile that arimidex does. Femara is the superior drug in my opinion.

Nolvadex is also an effective anti-estogen however it only works at the receptor sites. There will still be conversion of testosterone to estrogen, however nolvadex will prevent the formation of breast tissue. Nolvadex is highly effective during PCT however as it stimulates the release of LH in addition to blocking estrogen at the receptor. In this respect it is similar to clomid, only stronger.
