10-20mg/ED is the range you can start with. Since you have not provided context as to why, keep in mind the rapid changing of hormones can temporarily cause these symptoms. Often times they self resolve.

Back when I was running 150 test cyp and 200 primo I had no issues. Ran that for almost 2 years Now my new protocol is 200 test ethanate and 75 mast.
Dialing back the test … randomly over the last two weeks my eyes have burned like I’ve had severe allergies. Very gritting snd dry feeling. I googled it the same day I found the lump and dry eyes can be caused by high estrogen. I have also felt a little irritated
@blshaw what’s the best way to bind the tissue and knock down the dose. I see a lot of guys taking 40 tamoxifen a day. You think 20 is good? Should I add something like anastrozole a couple times a week to help lower levels.
