54 years of age been training on and off since 20… my last cycle was about 10 years back . Just started small cycle of 250mg test cyp 30mg anavar and 4iu Hgh. This is my 3rd week and the left nipple getting puffy and itchy. A small lump developed which can be quite painful from time to time
I have Aromasin and Nolvadex. Should I be using both or should I just try one .?

You would use aromasin to keep estrogen in check the whole cycle. Are you currently taking it?
Nolvadex can be run at 40mg/day for 2 weeks and reassess the gyno.

. I have not used the Aromasin as yet .. but yes I’ll try that . So how much Aromasin should I be using . Mine comes in a capsule of 25mg. Can’t break it up
It’s hard to say without seeing bloodwork but you can start with 12.5mg/3x per week and see where you are with bloods in 4-5 weeks. Aromasin will not directly lower estrogen like arimidex and letro. It will prevent conversion of T to E to a certain extent so you need to fine tune the amount your taking based on how much test your taking and compare to where your estrogen sits on your bloodwork.
More test=more conversion=more aromasin
Less test=less conversion=less aromasin
We are all different in the amount of test we conver to estrogen. I would say your a high converter based on you getting gyno at 250mg/wk.
