I did discover that Friday is the perfect day to hit the Expo if you’re looking to snap up freebies. I used to hit it on Saturdays and always wondered why all my friends got lots of goodies while I got nothing. Not so, this year ;)! I don’t know what I drank at one of the booths but it tasted foul and had me buzzing about like a weasel.

hah. I didn’t get shit at the Expo yesterday, we got there around like 4 and had no idea wtf we were doing. Today the plan is: see some Oly lifting, meet Kroc and Jamie Eason, see some powerlifting, get free shit, go to BB finals, and then get drunk somewhere.
I live in cbus too. Last year everyone went to BOMA after and it was fn slammed. The brewery and arena districts are going to be flooded with arnold goers so just follow the hot chicks - they will lead you to the promise land.
I workout in Gahanna so I can’t help you with the gyms downtown. Pretty sure there’s a golds down there…
So unfortunately I had to venture out by myself tonight but it’s all good, I ended up going to ‘R bar’ and watched the Blue Jackets vs. Sharks game. I got to talkin’ with some nice folks and they even bought me a shot. Good people in Columbus. Really, you guys are ridiculously nice.
