Gymnastics(esque) Strength Training

I’m interested in getting your thoughts on this style of training. I have found the results to be incredible in both developing an aesthetic physique and also for mastering awesome strength skills.

Also, I am keen to help anyone that is interested in getting into this style of training.

I did a 2 week INSANE training program in which the whole 2 weeks revolved around these very specifically designed training sessions with the intention of achieving specific goals by the end of the period. We filmed every workout (and us going for the goals at the completion of the 2 weeks) so you can see the progress as we go and the results.

Saw your youtube link.

I agree with this style of training serving the purposes of blending phenomenal relative strength with the building of a decent musculature. It’s my main mode of training also.

I recognized the other guy you were training with from the other videos on this forum. It looks like you both have similar stats (i.e. height, weight, skill level).

Question: What is the name of that metal apparatus you guys are using to improve your leverage while training for the Maltese, Victorian and Iron Cross?

I tried to do some ring training but it made my elbows hurt a lot. Is there any way to do the rings without hurting your elbows?

You need to build into it slowly and condition your elbows appropriately.
