BTW, he’s 71, I re-newed his membership at the gym a few months back. I’m pretty sure the guy was having a senior moment. Either that, or there is a whole new age demographic for me that I’ve yet to tap. Damn, I bet he gets a good discount for the early bird suppers too!

The “If you wear shit that exposes skin to the gym you’re asking for conversations” logic would mean that every time i drop my pants to lift in just my singlet I should expect the girls to interrupt me mid rep for the sole reason that the pressed hammer is on site. If you’re lifting hard and training with some focus and not fucking around you can wear what ever you damn well please. It is obv’s that my man DOH has not been out of his local area in a minute or two. Go work out in Australia or europe. you got guys and girls working out in speedos for fuck sake.

How about in the warm up room when some of us are in our underwear and the occasional person is just plain old bare assed while we crawl into our gear? Surprisingly no one has hit on me then. Perhaps he lacks focus.
The worst problem at my gym are “drippers” People here sweat like crazy here and they dont even wipe down afte theyre done. Fucking gross. Damn Houston humidity.
I go sleeveless all the time. Love my wife beaters cuz they show off my traps and arms. If I could go shirtless I would. The only reason I work out at a gym is because they have more mirrors than my garage. Am I conceited? No not at all. Ok maybe just a little.
