Has anyone heard of this APEX program? Whether it is good or not? Don’t know what to think of it yet.
I have heard of a gym management company that also does nutritional supplements. The full name is Apex Management Systems. Is this the company or program that you are thinking of? If so I have some comments about them…

I will only offer this…one of the stupidest people I ever knew was a Apex trainer. Seriously. Stupid. No training background.
I think the company started as a billing company for small health clubs, which they were shitty at. Then they moved into supplement marketing at those clubs. The products were copies of supplements that were already out for years with jacked up prices. I never knew any APEX trainers but apparently they follow the APEX protocol. IMHO-They Suck!
