I’m currently training every bodypart every other day, so technically this includes hitting legs everyday.
I’m also doing bike sprints everyday.
Mind laying out your training split and volume same with cardio?
I’m alternating push/pull days with the following volume:
Push
Quads(6)/Chest(3-4)/Delts(6)/Tris(3-4)
Pull
Hams(5)/Calves(3-4)/Back(6)/Bis(4-5)
Cardio is wingate sprints on the air dyne. This is where I increase resistance every 5 sec for a 30 sec sprint. Last week I started with 1 a day. This week 2. I’m gonna add one every week or two until I can’t handle anymore.
Currently experimenting with cocaine. Wait, what? Oh shit, wrong thread.
Actually, I’ve started experimenting with my own combination of CT’s layering methodology and his old HP Mass program that featured lots of waveloading. I tried it last night and I plan on trying it again later today. Ramp to a 1RM, waveload with 85-100 of the 1RM, drop down and then ramp to a 2RM, waveload with 85-100% of that, drop down and then ramp to a 3RM and waveload.
I’m not sure if I’ll add more waves in systematically, like one wave a week for a few weeks, or if I’ll simply add extra waves on the days I feel really strong and keep it to just one wave on days that I feel slower. The max weights aren’t going to be true maxes, just whatever I’m capable of that day without throwing form completely out the window. I plan on doing this with power clean/press, snatch-grip high pulls, front squats and bench press.

Chins in-between all sets on Bench and Press days in 5/3/1.
250+ a week.
DAMN! How’s that working? I’d like to give it a go.
It has worked great…I went from doing sets of 4-5 in the beginning to sets of 10-12 now. Kind of used Harry Selkow’s chin program from over at EliteFTS, as per Wendlers suggestion.

Started wearing shorts to the gym, which indirectly has led to 1/4 of an inch calf grow in a month of dieting.
We talking John Stocktons or MJ shorts? You really need to specify!!
1-2 inch above the knee. I did this when I first started lifting with my sleeves. was so embarressed about my small arms that I cut the sleeves off of all my gym shirts so I would have to nut up.
Ever since I switched to shorts I havent missed a calf workout, train them first and hard about 2-3 times a week now.
If I follow you correctly, I should probably be training nude.
Sorry to tell ya, but somethings don’t get bigger, no matter how much you work them out.
And if you try to use Chris’s touching method people are really going to start having issues. ha
Did you start out w/sets of predetermined number & work your way up? & Where can one find the link to Selkow’s chin program? Thanks, Broski.

I like to do this as well, maybe not 250, more like 125
Yep, it has helped my shoulders a ton as a side effect.
It really does, sometimes I will do face pulls in between bench sets, but I always do some sort of pulling between sets, generally supinated chins, sometimes face pulls and DB rows.
I’ve always trained six to seven days a week so I’m going to try to force myself to train only five times a week. Also going to start training chest and shoulders together a la meadows
Lateral db raises 3 + times a week often with very high reps. I will grab the 20s do 50 reps grab 25s 40-50 reps 30s 30 reps then from there 35s 15 reps 40 12 reps 45 as many reps as I can usualy 8-10. I just broke the 45 lbs barrier. The high rep range is to force as much blood into my delts as possible. Ever since I started doing this my delts have really been starting to grow and pop out again. It is awesome.
Also have been incorporating bb pressing again. Although I am sure I will regret this.

Actually training arms regularly - typically supersetting with squats to actually getting it done. Even dusted off some DBs at home to curl them every time I walk by.
Wearing sleeveless shirts in the gym to display monstrous guns to keep cutting motivation going. Haven’t done that in 5+ years. ha
hitting heavy ass back extensions again
BB shrugs 5x/week
Paused super close grip incl. bench
revisiting dmaa pre wo
tried Bulgarian approach for front squats for a time
Ive just started Serge Nubret pump training but spilt up differently with day1: arms and delts day2: legs, day3: chest and back day 4: off day 5 repeat. I trained my delts monday and they have never been as sore. Leg day was a killer, im not used to resting so little with high rep squats, the pump was amazing. The leg soreness is quite crippling, i can barely walk.
