Whats with women who can’t stand calloused hands? I’ve heard this before and it sucks! Tell her to go find some emo fucker who wears his little sister’s pants.

A pumice stone. There is no reaason to have jagged skin on your hands. If people need to look at your hands to know you lift weights you’re doing it wrong.

A pumice stone. There is no reason to have jagged skin on your hands. If people need to look at your hands to know you lift weights you’re doing it wrong. [/quote]

I don’t know about you guys, but once my callouses get too big, they start becoming a distraction. I then have to shave them down.

This one is for all the stupid fucking gym owners out there:

Do not make / sell fresh waffles in the gym! Waffles!?

I was doing Sumo-deads, and had just worked my way up to my heaviest work set, when all of a sudden the smell of warm fresh waffles fill the air around me. That combined with the numbness in my thigh had me convinced i was having a stroke!

Holy shit best gym ever!!!
