Is Cable Row good too? For chest Supported rows does the angle matter like horizontal or decline
Sure it is, I prefer chest support rows tho cause I feel like it isolates my back more, plus you can adjust the angles to your preference. I feel like the higher I have the angle the more it targets my rear delts/upper back.

Definitely do. Don’t just flail around though; try to contract your traps at the top even though the weight is far more than what you could shrug strictly
