For sure, are you interested in a first cycle? Your boy duke aka gainsoclaus has got whatever you need. Cocaine, weed , anything. Or @painter27 has got your back. Just give me some of that Rep Pr gains as easy payment.

Wtf! But not your green ones hey? Those bad boys are way too sexy and rare to hand over :anguished:

Hmm well have to hand em over eventually. They are sexy though…

Damn right. You know what I did. Worked my arse off for 2 Christmases than handed over 35 of those green ones in exchange for a 1946 Chevy ute :sunglasses: felt badass. Way more badass than giving them to an overweight, cranky bank teller!

Honestly mate, I’m just fuckin with ya. You do what you want with that hard earned coin

This usually never works, but if it does, this is the model of my ute and sorta what I want it to look like.

What do you google to get that?

Blablabla?

Now for the helpful non troll reply.

I think it’s a good idea to start training belts an sleeves more. This is how you’ll be competing so that’s how you should lift. You know specificity of training and all that. Using the belt especially because its like a skill. You don’t just slap it on and go at least you shouldn’t lel.

Stick with it man. You may have a poverty bench and it may be excruciatingly slow progress but its going up. Make some changes as suggested by other peeps and you might speed up your progress a bit.

Don’t think this has been mentioned before but technique wise I’d like to see more consistency with bar path and start/end points. Perfect reps mane. When you get fatigued is looks like you misgroove hard.

If it works for you its a good cue. Still try to crank them feet back if possible. I reckon you could get a bit more of an archer. Not enough to trigger the peeps in this thread probs but better for benching big weights. Warm up those hips thoroughly tho for performance benefits and discomfort/injury prevention.

Similar to squat try to get more deadlifts with a belt in. From your vids it seems you don’t get nearly enough practice with the belt in deadlifts.

Got it. Belt on for everything from taking a shit to making baby guinea pigs.

I guess the consistency of the reps suffers from my bodybuilding days where I’d touch/bounc and go for as many reps as I could. I do notice that where I fail or reps slow down a lot is misgrooving the bar off my chest towards my belly
